Weeks 2–4
Foundation
- Self-Awareness
- Self-Regulation
Notice what's happening before choosing what happens next.
One cohort of your leaders meets online every week with Dr. Isabell Springer and Joella Walker, LCSW, alongside licensed therapist coaches. Three months of Integration follow, then a results review at Month 6.

About half of every session is participant work: real situations, small breakouts and live practice. Leaders then meet the same coaching group of six to apply that week's skill to something happening at work now.
Between sessions: a two-minute daily practice and one real-world practice, where a leader works through a real workplace moment using the Practice.

Weeks 2–4
Notice what's happening before choosing what happens next.
Weeks 5–7
Stay present, communicate honestly, and remain connected when it would be easier to protect or withdraw.
Weeks 8–10
Own your impact, stay curious when challenged, and repair when needed.
Weeks 11–12
Act on what matters and strengthen the people around you.
Week 13
Week 13 brings the learning together through reassessment and integration.
SHiFT builds every coaching group from your org chart. No one is placed with someone they report to, or who reports to them. That lets leaders speak candidly about how they react under pressure. Mixing functions also brings in views from across the company they may rarely hear.
Coaching groups keep meeting for one hour a month for three months. Leaders also get the Limiting Beliefs MasterSession and workbook, to explore the beliefs beneath the patterns they've learned to catch.
At the end of Integration, leaders and their observers complete the final assessment, followed by your month-six results review.
Before Week 1:

Licensed clinicians design and lead it. It does not diagnose or treat anyone, and it creates no clinical relationship.
It's for leaders you're investing in. No one is sent here to be fixed.
Individual results remain private and are never used for hiring, promotion, or performance decisions.
Leaders get better at noticing their patterns, staying steady under pressure, speaking honestly and owning their impact.
Over time, those changes shape how teams work together and strengthen the culture that carries the mission.
